They are selected based on their expertise, scientific qualifications, and precise specialization. They evaluate the research paper according to specific criteria using a special form for the scientific evaluation of the referred paper, which includes assigning scores for each criterion. The outcome is as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accepted without notes,accepted with notes, accepted with notes and returned to the reviewers, or rejected and unsuitable for publication through the journal.
